1. ABOUT AMP
AMP is an online marketplace that allows members of the public to browse products and services and allows approved sellers to display listings and receive orders. AMP provides marketplace tools, account management, order records, moderation and dispute review. AMP is not automatically the manufacturer, owner, seller or delivery provider for every listing.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
Users must provide accurate, current information and keep their login credentials confidential. Users must be legally able to enter into transactions. Each account receives a unique AMP identity. Buyer IDs use the format AMP-B-001 and seller IDs use AMP-S-001, with the sequence increasing as IDs are issued. IDs identify accounts; they are not passwords or proof of payment. Users must not create duplicate accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate reviews or avoid an investigation.

3. SELLER APPROVAL
Anyone may apply to become a seller, subject to AMP's identity, contact, business and payout-detail verification. Applying does not guarantee approval. Sellers may publish listings only after the application and any applicable registration-fee requirements have been verified and AMP has approved the account. AMP may request additional information, decline an application, limit features or suspend an account for safety, compliance or policy reasons, with an appropriate explanation where practicable.

4. LISTINGS AND PRICES
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their listings, prices, stock levels, product descriptions, images, delivery promises and applicable warranties. Listings must not be misleading, counterfeit, unlawful, infringing, unsafe or otherwise prohibited. AMP may review, edit for presentation, restrict, reject or remove a listing and may ask a seller for evidence of ownership, authenticity or permission to sell.

5. ORDERS AND CONTRACTS
An order submission is a request to purchase. An order is not treated as paid merely because a buyer uploads a screenshot, shares a transfer receipt or sees a browser success page. Payment status is based on verification from the approved payment provider or other approved evidence specified by AMP. Sellers must not dispatch an order marked unpaid, failed, under review or cancelled. Order confirmation, fulfilment and delivery status must be recorded in the platform.

6. PAYMENTS AND SELLER SETTLEMENT
Seller registration fees, where configured, are separate from buyer purchase payments. The payment methods available for buyer orders will be shown at checkout. AMP will not claim to hold funds in escrow unless the underlying provider and legal arrangement actually provide that service. Seller payouts are subject to verified payment, fulfilment records, buyer confirmation or an approved exception process, review of disputes and refunds, verified payout details, and AMP's explicit authorization. A payout marked "approved" is not complete until the transfer is confirmed and reconciled.

7. DELIVERY, COLLECTION AND CONFIRMATION
The listing and checkout should state the available delivery or collection method, applicable fees, expected timeframe and party responsible for fulfilment. Sellers must provide accurate status updates and reasonable evidence of dispatch or handover. Buyers should inspect goods promptly and confirm receipt only when the order has been received. A delivery confirmation code, where used, is an additional control and does not remove a buyer's right to report damage, missing items, misdescription or other legitimate issues.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refund eligibility depends on the transaction facts, the published product/return terms, applicable law and the capabilities of the payment provider. A buyer may raise a dispute through AMP with a description and supporting evidence. AMP will review relevant records and may request information from both parties. An open dispute or pending refund blocks seller payout where the funds have not yet been released. Approved refunds are not considered complete until the provider confirms the refund or the payment has otherwise been reconciled. Provider fees, bank processing time and funds availability may affect timing. AMP does not promise that every requested refund will be approved or immediately recoverable.

9. DISPUTES AND REVIEWS
AMP may investigate disputes, delivery claims, payment discrepancies, suspected fraud, abusive conduct and listing reports. Users must provide truthful information and cooperate reasonably. AMP records decisions and may restrict an account or listing to protect users while a case is reviewed. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and must not contain threats, private information, spam, discriminatory abuse or knowingly false claims. AMP may moderate content under its published rules.

10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users must not submit fake payment evidence, impersonate another person, manipulate orders or reviews, misuse personal data, bypass account controls, exploit technical defects, threaten other users, sell stolen or counterfeit goods, list prohibited products, or use the platform to facilitate fraud or unlawful conduct.

11. PRIVACY
AMP handles personal information according to the Privacy Notice below. Users should not include sensitive personal information in public listings, reviews or messages. Bank account details are collected for seller settlement where required and should be restricted to authorized personnel and protected in storage and transit.

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
AMP may maintain, update, suspend or change features for security, operational, legal or technical reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve transaction records and communicate material changes. Users must not attempt to disrupt the platform or access data they are not authorized to view.

13. LIMITATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AMP is responsible for operating its platform with reasonable care but cannot guarantee every seller, product, delivery service, payment provider or network will perform without failure. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for complying with applicable law.

14. ACCOUNT RESTRICTION AND CLOSURE
AMP may suspend or restrict accounts for suspected fraud, repeated policy violations, unresolved security concerns, unlawful listings or non-cooperation with a legitimate investigation. Users may contact support to request review. Closure does not erase transaction records that AMP must retain for accounting, dispute, security or legal purposes.

15. CONTACT AND COMPLAINTS
Questions, complaints and appeals should be sent to [support@attportal.name.ng] with the relevant AMP ID and order reference. Do not send passwords or full bank account details by email.
