Achievers Marketplace
Seller Rules
Effective date: 9TH OCTOBER
1. VERIFICATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
All sellers must complete AMP's registration and verification process and pay any applicable seller registration fee before approval. Provide truthful identity, contact, business and payout information. Do not share accounts, impersonate another seller or attempt to evade a suspension. Keep your password confidential and report suspicious account activity promptly.
2. STORE PROFILE
Use a clear, accurate store name, description and profile image that you own or are authorized to use. Do not place misleading claims, prohibited contact details, offensive content or another business's branding in your profile. Keep business and contact information up to date.
3. PRODUCT LISTINGS
List only products or services you are legally allowed to sell. Use accurate titles, descriptions, images, prices, stock counts and condition statements. Disclose material defects, limitations, delivery costs and relevant terms. Do not advertise an item as available if you cannot fulfil the order. Do not copy protected images or descriptions without permission.
4. PROHIBITED LISTINGS AND SERVICES
Do not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe or recalled goods; prohibited weapons or controlled products; leaked examination materials; plagiarized academic materials; academic fraud services; fraudulent financial offers; products that infringe intellectual property; or any item prohibited by AMP or applicable law. AMP may update the prohibited-items list as necessary.
5. PRICING AND ORDERS
Honour the displayed price and listing details for an accepted order, subject to the published cancellation and correction policy. Do not manipulate prices after an order is placed, create fake orders, collude with buyers to manipulate reviews, or ask buyers to falsely confirm receipt. Do not mark an order paid based on a screenshot or promise of transfer.
6. FULFILMENT AND COMMUNICATION
Process accepted orders promptly, update each order status accurately, package goods appropriately, communicate delays and use the selected delivery or pickup method. Do not mark an order delivered before handover. Provide reasonable proof of dispatch, collection or delivery when requested. Respond to buyer and AMP enquiries within a reasonable time.
7. BUYER CONFIRMATION AND PAYOUT
Buyer confirmation and AMP's final authorization are separate controls. Seller earnings are not available for payout solely because an order is marked delivered. Payout may be held until payment has been independently verified, fulfilment and buyer confirmation are recorded, disputes/refunds are resolved, payout details are verified and AMP authorizes settlement. Do not pressure or threaten a buyer to confirm receipt.
8. PAYOUT DETAILS
Provide accurate bank account details in your secure seller settings. The account name should match the verified seller or approved business as required by the payout provider. A change to payout details may trigger re-verification and a temporary hold. Never submit bank details in public listings, reviews or ordinary support messages.
9. DISPUTES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Cooperate with AMP's review of missing, damaged, incorrect or undelivered items. Respond truthfully and supply requested evidence. Do not delete relevant communications or fabricate dispatch records. An unresolved dispute may pause payout. AMP makes the platform's administrative decision based on available evidence and applicable rules; external payment-provider or legal processes may still apply.
10. CUSTOMER DATA
Use buyer information only to fulfil the order, communicate about it and meet legitimate legal obligations. Do not sell, publish, scrape, spam or otherwise misuse buyer data. Protect delivery addresses, phone numbers and other personal details. Delete or securely dispose of information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful recordkeeping duties.
11. REVIEWS AND CONDUCT
Do not buy fake reviews, threaten buyers, offer rewards in exchange for dishonest reviews, harass users or publish private information. Keep communications professional and respectful.
12. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
AMP may review listings, orders, complaints and relevant platform activity; request proof; remove listings; place orders or payouts on hold; restrict features; suspend a store; or revoke seller privileges where justified. Serious suspected fraud or unlawful activity may be referred to the appropriate provider or authority. AMP will document material decisions and provide a route to contact support where appropriate.
13. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By operating a seller account, you confirm that you have read these Seller Rules and agree to follow them, the Marketplace Terms of Service, the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
