TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: June 2026

INTRODUCTION

By accessing or registering an account on the Achievers Team Tutorial Students Portal (https://attportal.name.ng), you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Services. These rules govern user access, examination protocols, and financial regulations across our digital network. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are restricted from utilizing the portal gateway.

1. USER ACCOUNTS AND PROFILE INTEGRITY

Eligibility: Access is reserved exclusively for legally registered students of Achievers Team Tutorial.

Data Accuracy: Students must provide accurate information during profile generation. You explicitly acknowledge that critical registration metrics, including your legal names, assigned department structures, and designated batch identifiers, are verified records locked to Read-Only by the administration to preserve portal history.

Security Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account credentials, and password. Any actions performed within your dashboard canvas under your login session are considered your direct responsibility.

2. PORTAL CODE OF CONDUCT & ACADEMIC HONESTY

Single Account Rule: Each user is assigned a single permanent Tutorial ID. Account splitting, sharing login credentials with external candidates, or utilizing another student’s diagnostic panel is strictly prohibited.

System Misuse: Any attempt to break, bypass, or exploit database forms, look up unauthorized results files, or manipulate dynamic badges will result in immediate administrative action.

3. ACCOUNT INVALIDATION AND SUSPENSIONS

The Administration reserves the absolute right to manually switch any profile status from Active to Inactive/Suspended from the backend dashboard control panel at any time.

Reasons for status deactivation include, but are not limited to: failure to meet financial obligations, academic malpractice, or a violation of portal protocols. An Inactive status badge instantly revokes front-end dashboard accessibility.
