Crop Production and Soil Science brings together the science of growing crops and understanding the soils that sustain them. It examines how soil properties, water, nutrients, climate, crop choice and management practices influence growth and yield. The field also considers how farmers can maintain soil health, use resources efficiently and make informed production decisions under changing environmental conditions.
